[Expiration Date Extension Policy]

1. Validity extensions can only be requested for unused vouchers up to one day before the expiration date.

2. The validity period can be extended in increments of 93 days, but this is only possible for up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date.

3. To request an extension, please call the Cubing Customer Service Center at 1666-5046.(Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used gift certificates cannot be canceled or refunded; however, the purchaser may request a cancellation and refund for unused gift certificates by contacting the Soda Gift Customer Service Center (support@sodagift.com).

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the Cubing Customer Service Center (1666-5046)to request a refund, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.

3. Refund requests for expired gift certificates can only be made within 5 years of the original issue date.
