1. For any inquiries regarding the redemption of Gift Cards at Watsons retail stores, please call the Watsons Customer Service Hotline (operated by A. S. Watson Retail (HK) Limited) (“Watsons”) at 2608 8383, or email watsons_cs@aswatson.com.
2. This Gift Card entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for goods at Watsons retail stores in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. This Gift Card is invalid and not replaceable if expired.
3. This Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash or Watsons' physical Gift Cards or Gift Cards in other denominations. No change will be given either in cash or in other forms.
4. This Gift Card shall be maintained and presented in its digital format. Any print-out form will not be accepted. It can only be used once; after that, it will become invalid. No replacement will be issued if it is lost.
5. This Gift Card will not be accepted for online purchases at Watsons Hong Kong eStore.
6. Watsons shall bear no liability relating to any loss or damage caused by any fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Gift Cards.
7. Watsons reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. All matters or disputes in connection with this Gift Card in these terms and conditions will be subject to the final decision of Watsons.
