Please note that usage of Heart may be limited depending on certain products, brands, or

Hearts can be used with coupons.
Heart does not expire and will not disappear over time. However, Heart cannot be used for orders under USD 25.
In addition, Heart cannot be converted to cash, refunded, transferred, gifted, or sent to others.
Heart earned through fraudulent means may be revoked without notice, and if you close your account, any remaining Heart will automatically expire and cannot be restored.
The Heart policy may be updated when necessary for service operations, with prior notice provided.
